Hi, I'm Janine, and I'm the blogger behind 28A.  Inspiration for the name of 28A comes from my love of Cape Cod, but also ties in my childhood and growing up just off-Cape. Route 28 is a highway that starts in Wareham (my hometown) and runs along the ocean side of the Cape (where I live now). I am a high school business teacher, and live on Cape Cod in a little beach town with my new husband Shawn, and our sweet golden retriever, Beau.  I have a creative passion with a focus on home decor, DIY projects, fashion, travel, cooking and baking.  I chose to start 28A as a ways of chronicling my adventures and sharing my love for all things coastal, country and a little dose of glam!  Please email me if you have any questions.
